Salt Pools is owned and operated by Richard and Astrid Workman. Richard is the man you’ll be dealing with when it comes to the design and construction of pools and spas, as well as the landscaping, while Astrid looks after the administration side of the business.
Richard has more than 20 years of experience in the pool and landscaping industry, working for some of Melbourne’s most prestigious pool companies. He has experience in the construction of residential and commercial pools, and is an expert in all areas of pool construction and installation, including site supervision, plumbing, cleaning systems, solar systems, and filtration systems.
Richard will be your main point of contact throughout the entire pool construction and landscaping process.
That means he will assess your site, and talk to you about what you want. Once the design has been approved, Richard will manage the project and the team, and you can directly deal with him at any stage of the construction process.

Richard is a qualified licensed builder of swimming pools with the Building Commission of Victoria and a member of SPASA Victoria.
